How the service works

You describe your furniture by phone or WhatsApp, ideally with photos. We estimate the volume and the access constraints, then propose a time slot and a quote. On the day, the crew arrives with protective materials, wraps what needs wrapping, dismantles if required, loads, transports, unloads and reassembles everything where you want it.

Vehicle options

• Closed van 17 m³ — up to 1.5 t: a few items, a studio, a city delivery
• Tail-lift truck 20 m³ — up to 3 t: heavy items, appliances, a full living room
• Truck 30 m³ — up to 5 t: large volumes and long distance

Loading, unloading and placement

Loading and unloading are done by our team, never left to you. We handle stairs, use the tail lift when the weight calls for it, and place every item in the room you point to. Final placement is part of the service.

Packing, dismantling and assembly

On request we supply packing materials: blankets, stretch film, bubble wrap and boxes for crockery and small items. We dismantle beds, wardrobes, tables and flat-pack furniture, then reassemble them on arrival — often the safest way to get a bulky item down a narrow stairwell.

Groupage and express delivery

For one or two items travelling to another city, groupage lets you share the truck and lower the cost. If your transport is urgent, our express service arranges a fast pickup and a direct trip.
